Refund and Exchange Policy

We have a 10-day refund or exchange policy on damaged or defective products, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for the item (pending the item is still in stock). To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please provide a description of the damage along with the order number and photos of the damage.
If you receive a damaged product you may return the product for exchange within 10 days of receiving the product. If your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact us at info@penguinandfish.com and we will correct your order. Penguin & Fish is not responsible for lost or damaged packaging caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Subscriptions
We do not issue refunds or returns on subscription products. If you product arrives damaged please contact us at info@penguinandfish.com.
When you subscribe, we process your card right away for the current month, and you'll be shipped the current month's design. You'll then be charged on the 1st of every month after that, the same day the new month's design is released.
Subscriptions can be managed in your Penguin & Fish account with easy access to skip a month, swap subscriptions, or cancel at any time.
